Product Returns

Returning items to PestProductsOnline.com is easy. Please initiate your return within 30 days after the item was shipped.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original unused condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, etc. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We can not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Pest Products Online reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. We operate on a very small profit margin so we are unable to absorb this cost.

PestProductsOnline.com will provide a full refund to you for returned items, less the shipping charges incurred to ship your order, less a 10% restocking or handling fee.

How to Return an Item:

1. Call us at 1-877-245-5995 or email contact@pestproductsonline.com to notify us that you would like to return a product. Please state the reason for the return and your order number. Most items that have not been opened can be returned. Exceptions will be made if the item is defective in some way.
2. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING TICKET OR FULL CONTACT INFORMATION. WE DO NOT KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE
3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.
4. PestProductsOnline.com will provide a full refund to you for returned items, less the shipping charges incurred to ship your order, plus a 10% restocking or handling fee. 
5. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return.
6. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed.
