Pest Products Online, is a distributor of various pest control products and supplies.

As such, Pest Products Online does not warranty the safety or the effectiveness of any of the products mentioned on this website. Any warranty or guarantee of safety, merchantability or fitness for any particular use lies solely with the manufacturer.

Clicking to purchase products from Pest Products Online serves as a waiver of your signature. Products purchased from this site may not be resold. You Knox'em Out Inc. is not responsible for any misuse of these products nor any damage caused by misaplication, so read the product Labels and Material Safety Data Sheet.
 

Some products sold on this website may require the special licensing training or registration of the user with that user's Country, State, County, City, Province, Etc..  Our products are sold throughout the United States and it is impossible to know every licensing restriction, product registration, etc. for every Country, State, County, City, Province, etc.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or the end user to provide a license, permit, registration etc. if requested by that purchasers local or state authorities.

Federal law states that all pesticides be applied according to the product label. Our how-to-do sheets are tips only and do not take the place of the product label. In addition some states restrict certain pesticides being shipped into that state. If this is the case we will notify you.

We guarantee that all the products that we sell are exactly as the label states they are, to the best of our knowledge. Apply each product according to the label. 

Most States or Counties in the USA will provide a license for personal use permit for a nominal fee.

Some products can not be sold in certain states. Each product's page has a list of states that product can not be shipped to. It is also the responsibility of the user to verify that any products purchased are licensed for distribution and use in their Country, State, County, City or Province.

All monies will be promptly refunded if any product shipped to a customer is found to be illegal for use or distribution, or registration for any reason by that customer, or that customers, State, County, City, Province, etc.. Said products must not be opened or used and must be returned immediately to Pest Products Online. We strictly adhere to State Regulations.

Most products sold have either an accompanying label, or "directions for use" wordage that describes how to safely use, dispense, store, handle and/or apply the product. Customer acknowledges that "the label is the law," and agrees to read the label or directions for use, and utilize the product in strict compliance with the label/directions. Customer is on notice that using a product inconsistent with it's label may be both dangerous and hazardous.

Customer agrees to read the product label, abide by it, and hold Pest Products Online harmless for any injury, damages, or harm. Your "click" to purchase is verification of your agreement to do so.

Customer releases Pest Products Online.com from any liability related to products or equipment received, and understands that all products liabilty issues are with the manufacturer.

Clicking the "purchase/buy now" button will be mutually understood as customer's agreement to the above stated release.

Clicking on the "purchase/buy" button will serve as customer's waiver of their signature, both expressed and implied.

Customer agrees not to re-sale any product purchased into an area where such sale of that product is illegal. Any liability in doing so will fall soley to the purchaser of the product from Pest Products Online.

Pest Products Online is under the assumption that it's customers are of sound mind, can read and interpret English (as most pesticide labels are written in English), and that the customer assumes all responsibility for purchase and safe, proper and legal use of the products they purchase.
 

Returns Policy:

Returning items to PestProductsOnline.com is easy. Please initiate your return within 30 days after the item was shipped.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, etc. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Pest Products Online reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.

PestProductsOnline.com will provide a full refund to you for returned items, less the shipping charges incurred to ship your order, plus a 10% restocking fee.
 

How to Return an Item:

Call us at 1-877-245-5995 or email contact@pestproductsonline.com to notify us that you would like to return a product. Please state the reason for the return and your order number. Most items that have not been opened can be returned. Exceptions will be made if the item is defective in some way.

We will give you information on how and where to return the product. You will have to pay for the return shipping costs. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. Once we receive and process your return we will make your refund less any shipping costs we incurred when we shipped your order and a 10% handling/restocking fee. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed.

Point of sale is Columbus, GA, USA. Any legal issues brought forth against Pest Products Online will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal proceedings will be held in Muscogee County, Columbus, GA.

This disclaimer is a legally binding contract between Pest Products Online and its paying customers.
