Here's What You Do:

1. Install the stations at the 7ft to 20ft intervals 3 or so feet from the foundation wall.
2. Check the new stations for activity 30-45 days after instalation.
3. Then monitor termite activity at proper intervals (usually every 90 days).
4. Replace inspection cartridge with bait cartridge when termites are present in stations.
5. Purchase replacement items as you exhaust your supply.
6. Continue this process keeping stations in good operating order.
